A good condition Wehrpas to a Wilhelm Ludwig Gegenheimer. Killed in action, Russia 13 September 1943.
Originally in the Luftwaffe then transferred to the Army.
Still has his action/battles attachment slip taking part in the battles for Belgium and France, including battles around Dunkirk. Also in an armoured(Panzer)battle and so much more. A real frontline soldier.
Wounded in action in the left arm by Grenade/shell splinter.
Awarded the Infantry Assault badge, 2nd Class Iron Cross, Black wound badge and the Russian front medal.
Also comes with three family funeral cards, three newspaper cut outs of his death and also a photo of his grave. All come in a black bordered envelope which signifies a death.
Comes with partial translation of documents.

Badge retains all of its enamelling and its attaching pin. The back is RZM maker marked M1/102 for the maker M1/102 Frank & Reif Stuttgart.
A good condition, mismatched K98 bayonet and leather frog.

Retains lots of its original blueing to the blade but no finish left on the scabbard.
Dated on the spine for 1940 and is maker marked for E.Pack & Son.
Mismatched numbers, scabbard 4880,blade 8814.
Has waffen amt marking to the pommel and ball of scabbard.
The frog has had a period field repair also has what looks like drill holes to the back.

Two silver oak leaves and one Gold oakleaf award. One silver and the gold dated for 1942 and the other silver is 1944

The packet has the award details to the front and its makers details to the reverse.

Shows some slight rubbing to the highlights and a little dirty but would easily clean up if so wished.
The cross comes on its small piece of original ribbon and the ring is maker marked G for Godet & Sohn Berlin.
